I've tried several different combinations and found one I really love.
I take a tablespoon of flax seeds and a tablespoon of oatmeal (make
sure its not instant oatmeal), and grind them together. Then I add
a scoop of vanilla protein powder and peanut butter powder (because
peanut butter clogs the blades), along with frozen bananas and
almond milk. After you start blending together you will probably
have to add more almond milk or it will be to thick. This makes a great
drink. It takes like a peanut butter and banana milkshake. What
combinations have you tried to make protein shakes?
