Strong women and Avon

Avon has partnered with Sofia Vergara to come up with a new Cologne called So very Sofia. This cologne has the following notes: passion fruit and Flor de Maya Orchid [the national flower of Columbia] and base notes of herbal patchouli.

What is a hashtag

People talk about using hashtags on their posts but the question is, where do you find them and how do you use them?
First of all #hashtags help group posts together on the same subject . For instance if you want to read about the convention going on in Las Vegas you would look up #Avonrepfest16 and anyone who had made a post and wanted it to be included for people to find will post the with that #hashtag.Other examples are #manicmonday or #tbthursday.
If you wonder where to find hashtags there are many ways to look for them. You can go to google and  look for instance  hashtags for lipstick. You might find :hashtags for red lipstick, 10 twitter hashtags popular for lipstick, or lipstick hashtag.
You could also go to twitter and find out which hashtags are trending on that day and use them in your project.
You can go to hashtags.org to find hashtags for your project. You can join free or pay for better access by tracking your hashtags you use.

I use hashtags when i write my blogs, when I write ads or posts, or when I want to find out informations.  Hashtags are used on instagram, twitter, google plus or want t any number of social media platforms. But I don't know anything about how to become an Avon Lady

I know how important Avon is to me. My ex- business partner June and my District Manager Terri Clark both without I wouldn't be able to do what I do. I have said before my goal is to become an SEUL and I know many people have helped me thus far. My hope is that coming to me or someone else on Facebook isn't a stumbling block for anyone's success. 
Sometimes it may seem like you're not making lots of money but that is why you have me, and all the other training Avon provides. They also, as you notice, give you four campaigns to begin your business and give you 40% on your sales. Doing some of the things they ask of you may seem silly or stupid, but remember how long they have been in business and how many successful representatives they have. The two most important things they ask of you is writing up your friends list and setting your goals. Your friends list is a resource you can always look back to and your goals  are something to help keep you looking forward. So when it starts getting hard look at your children, your home, your job or whatever is your motivation and then look forward and keep going.
Avons many training options are Avon University, your district Manager, your district page, your team leader, all the different seminars available, the many Avon groups on facebook. As you can see they want you to have everything you need to be successful.
Being an Avon rep can be a hard business if you dont take as much of the training as possible. It would be like walking in and taking a final and failing because you only know some of the things related to the class.
Remember this is your own business. What you get out of it and how successful you are depends on what you put into it. If you ask anyone who is successful what kind of training they did while they were building their business and they would say whatever they could find.

What is Presidents Club and why do I want it?

The biggest sales goal of every Avon Representative is Presidents  Club or above. What is that you might say? Its the first level of of sales achievements with awesome rewards.To make Presidents Club you must make $10,000 or more in awards sales. You have net sales and award sales. The latter being the sales your awarded incentives with.

 Now for a list of some of the most coveted rewards you get for making Presidents Club.

*40% on all basic products

*25% on all non Avon products 

*25% on all direct delivery orders

*3 demo products limit

*special PC prices on some of the What's New items

*PC Gala that can be either a lunch or dinner based on your district

In order to make Presidents Club you have to do an average of 385 dollars in sales each Campaign. If you dont make that dollar amount  in a few of your campaigns as long as you dont loose focus you will be ok. Another thing Avon can give us several Campaigns where they do double dollars in award sales for certain products. The one they like to double most often is Beauty Products, but they have been known to double other things.

Some other of the rewards being:

*You will be recognized with a badge on your invoice and on your youravon.com site.

*For your Birthday and Christmas you will be given 25 points each

*you will be given 400 points which is equivalent to the cost of  a Miss Albee.
