I have started the year with a gentle 3 day cleanse to reboot my metabolism.
I opened the box to find 9 capsules, 9 pills along with a sheet of instructions
of how to make it more successful.
In the morning you take 3 capsules with a big glass of water and then drink plenty of water throughout the day. Your goal is to drink half your weight in ounces each day.
The morning capsule has fiber, herbs and probiotics proven to be gentle
and help remove the excess "intestinal bulk".
In the evening after a light dinner you take the 3 pills again with a big glass of water.
These pills help draw water to your colon with magnesium to help lubricate your system to
help you start eliminating soon after you get up.
Have smaller multiple meals each day but dont go hungry. Our plant protein powder are great
as a daily snack.
Your next question would be how to get the most out of your cleanse? Well one of the
first thing said was drink lots of water to lubricate your system. Second
would be to do light stretches and exercises. Third would be avoid red
meat, fried foods and other hard to digest food. Fourth would be
to eat extra fiber to flush your system. Fifth would be to eat live probiotic foods like yogurt.
Sixth would be to cut carbonated foods to one per day and avoid alcohol.
Seventh is cut out sugar and other refined foods.
Eighth would be to set your goal to at least to 5,000 steps a day.
